Bill Boggs is a supporting character in the 1990 feature film Edward Scissorhands. He is a bowling champion and an average working man living in suburbia. He is the husband of Peg Boggs, and the father of Kim and Kevin Boggs.
He is portrayed by the late Alan Arkin.

Throughout the film, Bill is seen as a casual, passive aggressive man. Since Edwards' arrival into the home, he makes him uncomfortable by asking him irrational questions and calling him by the name "Ed". However, Bill turns out to be a protective man, who is still caring despite the layer of rudeness about him.
