Carlos Huante is an illustrative designer that creates concept art for the film industry. Huante created several costume designs for Batman Forever under direction from Bob Ringwood. Several of these drawings were published in Batman Forever: The Official Movie Book. Two-Face's NygmaTech party suit, the Two-Face goons, Riddler's shoes and the color scheme of the Robin suit were directly influenced by his drawings.
