Chancellor Ferdinand

Chancellor Ferdinand also simply known as The Chancellor, is the posthumous overarching antagonist of the Tim Burton's animated film 9. He is the ruler of a nation who is responsible for using the Fabrication Machine for world domination which resulted not only his death, but the annihilation of the human race from every nation across the world (including those of his own country) and, eventually, life on Earth.

He is voiced by Tom Kane.
