Chet LaTroy is an antagonist in the second season of the 2022 Netflix series Wednesday. He is a murderer known as the "Kansas City Scalper" whose killings catches the interest of Wednesday Addams.
He is portrayed by Haley Joel Osment.

On July 18, 2023, after putting a bag in his van, Chet closes the door, only to be met by Wednesday Addams who asks if his serial killing services are listed online too. When she attempts to tase him, he stops her and knocks her unconscious.
He takes Wednesday to his hideout where he keeps his trophies, ties her up, and puts a gag in her mouth to prevent her from making noise. After she wakes up, he wheels in the different tools he uses to scalp his victims. He presents Wednesday with a doll look-alike of herself, intending to scalp and kill her himself.
After removing the cloth, Wednesday offers to show him her own handiwork, only to see one of his dolls turn its head towards him and open its eyes. Suddenly, Thing jumps out of the doll, attacking Chet. Eventually, Chet is knocked out, gets his hair shaved off by Wednesday, and gets handed over to police custody.
