Daniel Michael DeVito Jr. (born November 17, 1944), is an American actor who portrayed the Penguin in Batman Returns, Joe Weinberg in Mars Attacks!, Amos Calloway in Big Fish, Max Medici in Dumbo and Janitor in Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.
