Elder Gutknecht is a minor character from Tim Burton's 2005 animated feature film Corpse Bride. He is the wise ruler of the land of the dead and good friend of Emily. He is undoubtedly the oldest person dead implying his role as leader.
He is voiced by the late Michael Gough.
