Frogmen, also known as Riddler's Frogmen, are the minor antagonists in Batman Forever. They were men working for the Riddler and Two-Face on Claw Island.

They wear green costumes with scuba masks and an oxygen tank on their back. They also have flashlights for spotting enemies easily.

They took off Robin's breathing mask but Batman intervened and put a net over them.
