Glenn William Shadix (April 15, 1952 - September 7, 2010) was an American actor who portrayed Otho in Beetlejuice, the Mayor of Halloween Town in The Nightmare Before Christmas, Sgt. Glen Dale and various characters in The World of Stainboy, and Senator Nado in Planet of the Apes.
