J. Jay Saunders (February 7, 1941 - January 5, 2016) was an American actor who portrayed Moving Man #1 in Beetlejuice. Saunders is best known for his many guest appearances on American television shows in the 1970's and 1980's, which included The Jeffersons, Dallas, NBC-TV's Diff'rent Strokes, The A-Team, and Knight Rider and the CBS-TV series The Incredible Hulk which starred Bill Bixby; he made his first Hollywood role in a guest appearance on the 1970s ABC-TV law/drama series Owen Marshall: Attorney At Law. In addition to his appearance in Beetlejuice, he also appeared in the comedy film House Party as Sidney's dad, in 1990.
