Joe Chill is a minor antagonist from Tim Burton's 1989 film BATMAN. He is a low level criminal operating in Gotham City who was once partners with Jack Napier where he took part in the murders of Thomas and Martha Wayne.
He is portrayed by Clyde Gatell.

Joe Chill assisted Jack Napier in his attempted mugging of Thomas and Martha Wayne. He attempted to grab Martha's pearl necklace, but when they were both shot dead by Napier, Chill decided to leave, and Napier soon followed suite.
