Mr. Crowtray is a minor character in the 1985 feature film Pee-wee's Big Adventure. He is the next door neighbor of Pee-wee Herman.

Mr. Crowtray first appears, greeting his next door neighbor, Pee-wee Herman one morning. Pee-wee greets Mr. Crowtray and informs him he's gonna water his lawn. Upon hearing this news, Mr. Crowtray closes the door as Pee-wee's water sprinkler invention causes water to be sprayed in his direction as it waters the grass in Pee-wee's lawn.
