Mr Whiskers (also known as Vampire Cat) is Weird Girl's pet cat and the main antagonist of Frankenweenie.
He is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.

Weird Girl thinks he can see the future, but in reality he couldn't. When Sparky sees him, he chased him, resulting in Mr Whiskers breaking Mr Burgermesiter's flamingo, an act blamed on Sparky. At the end he was transformed into a Vampire Cat and kidnapped Elsa. He was defeated by getting impaled by a piece of wood and dies.
