Mrs. Ladybug is a major character in James and the Giant Peach. She is a giant ladybug who becomes a member of James's new family.
She is voiced by Jane Leeves.

She along with many other insects lived near Spiker and Sponge's house where James lived, due to the Aunts cruel nature she had to send her children somewhere safe. She was given magic enchantments by the Crocodile Tongues James dropped.

Mrs. Ladybug first appears when James climbs inside the peach and assures him that he's safe and shows him that he has changed due to being affected by the Crocodile Tongues given to him by the Magic Man. During the number "That's the Life for Me", Mrs. Ladybug sings how she wants to be living under the sunshine in a park surrounded by children before the song is interrupted by James's aunts Spiker and Sponge looking for him.

- In the book, she married the Head of the Fire Department in New York City, in the film she became a doctor who helped deliver babies.
- It is unknown who her first husband was as she states to have 300 biological children.
