Phillip Philmar (born March 13, 1957) is an British actor who portrayed Slugworth in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Mr. Fogg in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, and Mr. Archer in Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children.
