At first, Sally is hesitant to jump out of the window and leave Finkelstein.
However, upon seeing Jack's house, Sally decides to take her chances as she's fallen in love with Jack.

After pouring the fog juice into the fountain, Sally joins the citizens in cheering for Jack.
Sally sighing in relief when she believes she prevented Jack from endangering himself.
Despite being relieved, Sally does feel sad for Jack as she wants him to be happy.
However, Sally becomes shocked when Jack allows his ghost dog Zero to pull his sleigh due to the latter's glowing nose.
"Wait, Jack! No!"
Sally watching in despair as Jack flies off to deliver presents during Christmas Eve.

"Good-bye, Jack. My dearest Jack."
"Oh, how I hope my premonition is wrong."
"I sense there's something in the wind."
"That feels like tragedy's at hand!"
"And though I'd like to stand by him..."
"Can't shake this feeling that I have."
"And does he notice my feelings for him?"
"And will he see how much he means to me?"
"I think it's not to be."
"What will become of my dear friend?"
"Although I'd like to join the crowd, in their enthusiastic cloud."

"And will we ever end up together?"

"For I am not the one."-Sally sad, believing Jack will never reciprocate her feelings for him.
Watching from a witch's cauldron, Sally is horrified to see that the presents Jack has been delivering are scaring and attacking people.
Sally horrified when she discovers that military forces are intending to kill Jack in order to stop him.
"Jack! Someone has to help Jack!"
Sally resolving to go fetch Santa so she can save Jack.
