The Snowy Cones Thugs are supporting antagonists of the 1997 superhero film Batman & Robin. They were the foot soldiers working for Mr. Freeze. Their costume theme was based on hockey; masks, ice skates, hockey sticks for weapons, shoulder pads and boots.
Frosty was portrayed by Joe Sabatino, and Ms. B. Haven was portrayed by Vivica A. Fox. Whereas some other members were portrayed by Christian Boeving, Stogie Kenyatta, and Andy LaCombe.
