The Three Course Meal Gum is a special type of gum invented by Willy Wonka. It feeds a person almost like they're really eating dinner, starting with tomato soup, roast beef, and baked potato before concluding with blueberry pie and ice cream (though any soup, appetizers, main courses, etc. could be used).

When someone starts chewing the gum, they immediately start tasting any main course or appetizers in their mouth. They can keep taste more courses of food as they keep chewing the gum. However, when they reach the dessert course containing of blueberry pie and ice cream, their skin starts to blue and they inflate into a giant blueberry. Though the victim can be deflated by having the gum's juice inside their body squeezed out, their skin forever remains blue with no cure to revert their skin color back to normal.
