Tobias Ragg, better known as Toby, is the tritagonist in Tim Burton's 2007 adaptation of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. He is Adolfo Pirelli's assistant who is taken in Mrs. Lovett and Sweeney Todd to work for them in their mysterious barber and meat pie business after Pirelli's death.
He is portrayed by Ed Sanders.
