Jones is first seen attacked during a concert and flees the casino with Byron, Barbara, the Joe Weinberg and Cindy. Knowing how to pilot, he boards a jet and takes refuge with the group in the caves of Lake Tahoe. At the end when the Martians are defeated, he dances to his song "It's Not Unusual" with the animals.
