Willy Bowman (September 26, 1915 - 2002) was a German actor who portrayed a Crimelord in BATMAN.
Biography[]
Willy Bowman was a German actor who was known mainly for his appearances on British television.
He is probably best known for his appearance as an irate German guest in the ''Fawlty Towers'' episode "The Germans" (a series which also featured his ''Batman'' co-star Steve Plytas) who gets angry at Basil Fawlty for his constant concussion-induced jokes about World War II, and as gangster William "Billy" Moffatt in the ''Porridge'' episode "The Harder They Fall" (which also featured his ''Batman'' co-star John Dair).
