- Maitland Residence: The home of Adam and Barbara Maitland until their accidental deaths. It was bought and occupied by Charles Deetz and his family.
- Maitland Hardware: A store owned by Adam Maitland. After his and his wife’s deaths, the store closed and was later reopened as a cafe.
- Miss Shannon's School for Girls: A private school for girls where Lydia attended when she moved to Winter River as a teenager.
